Our Team

Larry has been actively involved in residential real estate since 1979. Larry is committed to customer service and believes that his team excels in this area. He gets frequent feedback from tenants who say that their time renting from Ann Arbor Rental Homes has been the best rental experience they have ever had. He believes that if his team takes great care of the people living in their houses, the people will take great care of the houses. Larry is also an executive coach and uses his business background to constantly try to improve on how Ann Arbor Rental Homes does business. He has also been very active volunteering in the Ann Arbor Community, providing pro-bono advice and coaching to various non-profits in and around Ann Arbor .

Michael has been involved in real estate for seven years. He has had hands-on property management experience and is currently involved in all aspects of acquiring new properties. Michael’s interests outside of real estate are diverse. He is currently serving as a Board member for the Arts Alliance, an Ann Arbor-based organization created to support and promote arts and culture throughout Washtenaw County. Michael also does volunteer work at the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation.

Dan is our Operations Manager. He is a fourth generation Ann Arbor native and has extremely detailed knowledge of the Ann Arbor rental market and area in general. Dan has been employed in the customer service field for 28 years. Making people happy is not only what he truly enjoys but it’s what he does best. Dan also spends time in the Ann Arbor community personally helping individuals afflicted with HIV/AIDS.

Libby Hunter has been managing real estate for five years. She now works part time leasing properties for Ann Arbor Rental Homes. Libby loves interacting with a wide variety of people and enjoys helping our clients find the right fit for their housing needs. She was a music teacher for many years and now is actively involved volunteering in the Ann Arbor community.
