Signing the lease

As soon as your application has been approved, we will contact you to arrange a lease signing appointment. Typically a signing appointment is scheduled within 48 hours of application approval. The security deposit is due in full at the time of lease signing. Your first month’s rent is due by move-in day at which time you will be given the keys to your new home.

Who has to sign the lease?

Anyone living in the home who is responsible for any portion of the rent must sign the lease.

What to bring to the lease signing

Bring your cash, check or money order for your security deposit (1.5 times your monthly rent) and a photo copy of drivers’ licenses for everyone signing the lease.
